SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

3-5 Business Days (M-F) Orders will be shipped to the address that's provided at checkout.
If you happen to provide the wrong address, please contact us for further assistance.


Delivery Times

Priority Mail (2-3 business days) United States ONLY Orders will not be shipped out on Sunday and postal holidays.
Orders will be shipped on business days only (Mon-Fri before 5pm ET) The overage will be refunded when the item is shipped.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours after purchase. We cannot cancel any purchases that's been fulfilled.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items.)  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
