Cancellation Policy

* You must cancel your appointment at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.  If not, you will be charged 50% of your service cost.  * No show clients will be charged 50% of their service cost.  * No show clients will not be allowed to book future appointments.  * Clients who are more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will be rescheduled for a later date/time.  * Please notify Kimone at Naturally U Haircare Salon if it's an emergency situation that is unpreventable.
